BlackSave — Privacy Policy
BlackSave ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the BlackSave app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using BlackSave, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We do not require you to create an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, or password.
1. Information We Collect
- Device & usage data — such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and basic crash or diagnostic logs.
- Approximate location — your country, determined from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Advertising identifier — used to display ads, and only used for personalized ads if you allow tracking when prompted.
- Notifications — if you enable notifications, a push token is assigned to your device so we can send you updates.
- Purchase status — we store on your device whether you have an active premium plan. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your card details.
Your downloaded videos, audio, and photos are saved only on your device. We do not upload, view, or store your downloaded files.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to operate the app and its features, to display and measure ads in the free version, to process and restore purchases, to keep the app secure and prevent abuse, and to fix problems and improve BlackSave.
3. Advertising & Tracking
The free version of BlackSave displays ads through Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network. On iOS, we ask your permission before using your advertising identifier for personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can change this anytime in your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Purchasing a premium plan removes all ads.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
BlackSave offers a free version and the following premium options:
- Monthly Plan — an auto-renewable subscription.
- Lifetime — a one-time purchase (not a subscription).
Subscription terms:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID / App Store settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current period stays active until it ends.
- The Lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew.
- Prices may vary by region and may change over time.
- All payments — and any refunds — are handled by Apple under their policies. We cannot process payments or refunds directly.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that may process limited data under their own privacy policies, including Apple (purchases and subscriptions), Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network (advertising), OneSignal (notifications), and our media-processing service (to fetch the media for the links you submit).
6. Children's Privacy
BlackSave is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Choices
You can limit ad personalization and disable notifications in your device Settings, and you can delete your downloaded media inside the app at any time.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
